Where are you located?

The Muses is a non-denominational event space located within the complex of the Greek Orthodox Church of Southampton.


Who provides food and beverage?

Calissa restaurant in nearby Water Mill oversees food, beverage and service for The Muses. Calissa's award winning culinary and beverage team executes with restaurant level professionalism and care.


Do you allow outside catering?

We do allow outside catering only in the event of a raw rental.  Details and pricing  available upon request.


Is there parking?

The Muses complex includes a large parking lot.


Is valet included in events?

Valet is not included but our team can pass along our preferred valet companies.  Valet is generally recommended and may sometimes be required depending on party size and details. 


Is your venue handicap accessible?

Yes, we are handicap accessible.

 

Do you have options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes, dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advanced notice. If a meal will need to be provided by an outside caterer such as kosher or halal, advanced notice is required for ordering purposes, and additional fees will apply.

 

Is there a ceremony fee for weddings?

We have a ceremony fee of $3,000.

 

What is included in your events?

All items required to serve the selected food and beverage items, such as tables, linens, chairs, flatware, china, and glassware.

 

Is there a bridal suite or green room?

Our classrooms, library or board room may be added for this purpose.

 

Is there a kitchen onsite?

The Muses includes a large, fully equipped chef's kitchen onsite.

 

What is required to book a date?

A signed contract and your first deposit are required to secure your date. Final payment is then due prior to scheduled event date.
